How far in advance should I book event coverage?
As early as possible is always best, especially for larger or multi-day events. That said, availability can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines depending on the date and scope. Reaching out early ensures time for a pre-event call and proper planning.
How many images will I receive from my event?
You can expect approximately 25–50 professionally edited images per hour of coverage. The final number depends on the pace, size, and flow of your event, but the goal is always to deliver a complete and intentional visual story.
When will my photos be delivered?
Galleries are typically delivered within 7–10 business days. If you have a specific deadline or need select images sooner for media or social use, expedited delivery can be discussed in advance.
Do I get to help plan what gets photographed?
Yes. Every event includes a pre-event call where we discuss your goals, how the images will be used, and any must-have moments or people. From there, I create a clear shot list so nothing important is missed.
What types of events do you photograph?
I photograph a wide range of events including community gatherings, professional and business events, nonprofit fundraisers, grand openings, panels, and presentations. If your event brings people together and tells a story, it’s likely a good fit.
What is the minimum coverage requirement?
Live event coverage begins at $150 per hour with a 4-hour minimum. This allows for comprehensive coverage and ensures the full scope of your event is thoughtfully documented.
